DELIVERY
For most of our products, parcels are dispatched within 48 to 72 working hours of payment being received, Monday to Friday.
However, for bespoke orders, les water tanks et les water pumps, delivery times differ and are specific to each order. They are stated in the quotation and vary with the complexity and nature of the order.
For these particular products (bespoke orders, water tanks and water pumps) we work with UPS and DHL, but we reserve the right to choose whichever carrier best suits the order, so that delivery is as smooth and secure as possible.
For other products: the standard service is La Poste’s Colissimo, which comes with a tracking number. Parcels may also be sent via Mondial Relay, handed over against signature, or delivered by UPS on an “Express” service.
Whichever delivery method you choose, a link is provided so you can track your parcel online.
Shipping charges cover picking, packing and carriage. The picking charge is fixed, while carriage varies with the total weight of the parcel. We recommend putting all your items into a single order. We cannot merge two orders placed separately, and shipping applies to each of them. Box sizes are chosen to suit and your items are protected in appropriate packaging.
Free delivery to a collection point on orders over 50 euros does not apply to equipment hire. For any hire, separate delivery, set-up and return charges apply and are stated on the product page for the item concerned.
For bespoke orders, water tanks and water pumps, delivery costs are worked out individually and given in the quotation, according to the particulars of your order and the transport method chosen.
